John Guy and his crew recently won 1st Place in Class A at the West Florida Ocean Racing Circuit Regatta in Pensacola, Florida!
“Dr. Walter always keeps me going in my chosen hobby activity. I race sailboats which takes certain amounts of skill and agility. He is sympathetic and supportive of my activity, and so far has replaced one hip and two knees. He also recently performed a hip bursectomy in August, 2019 which has increased my agility and greatly reduced or eliminated the pain which I had from a previous fall many years ago. I think that he is the greatest! He wants me to teach him how to sail which I will gladly do.”

“In the summer of 2016, our world changed very quickly. Kyle had to do some work in Tallahassee, and I decided to tag along and take the kids to the trampoline park! It was “toddler time” but unfortunately, there were more than toddlers on the trampoline, and Kambell had an awful accident. We rushed her to the closest hospital, Archbold (2 hours from home).
We pulled up to the ER and got possibly some of the most amazing care EVER. We were back in a room immediately, a team came in to give us the horrible news that our sweet little baby had broken her femur (pretty much in half). Dr. Walters came into the room. He looked at us in the eye and told us he would take care of our girl, and that God would do the rest. You see, Dr. Walters had suffered from a horrible injury with an auger years before. It was an injury that should’ve had him never performing surgery again. He showed us his injury (God used his awful accident to give us hope.) OH, BUT GOD! He’s literally one of the best surgeons of all time.
We felt a peace that only God can give.
She underwent a surgery, got to recovery, and we were released to leave the hospital, all within a matter of 3 1/2 hours. We were told there was a possibility she may never run very well at all.
Our girl was in a full-body Spika cast for 8 weeks in the gear if the summer and I was very pregnant!
TODAY, our girl WON the 50 yd dash at our county Junior Olympics!
We serve a mighty God who uses people in the right moment, at the right time, in the right way. I’m forever grateful for Dr. Walters and his team. I pray that almost 10 years later, he is reminded of the difference maker he is!!!!
Also, if you are struggling with something that is leaving a very heavy burden on you, don’t underestimate the power of the God we serve. He is still and always will be in the miracle-working business. May he intervene in a mighty way!”
